EBA will build the Residencial Aritzatxu Berdea in Bermeo, Vizcaya

Sabadell Real Estate Development (Solvia) has awarded EBA the construction works for the Residencial Aritzatxu Berdea in Bermeo, Vizcaya.

The new development will have 48 housing units with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. All of them with terraces and surfaces ranging from 80 to 160 square meters.

The project, with more than 8,500 square meters of built surface, is defined by two adjacent twin buildings, both with two basement floors (parking spaces and storage rooms), a ground floor, four floors and an attic. The 4th floor together with the set back penthouse offer spectacular duplexes.
