SANJOSE Portugal will carry out Phase I of the Playhouse Beach Club Vilamoura, Quarteira - Loulé, Algarve

Vilamoura Lusotur has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the execution works of Phase I (earthwork, foundations, and structure up to the ground floor slab) of the Playhouse Beach Club Vilamoura, Quarteira - Loulé, Algarve; a new, spacious, flexible, and multifunctional space designed to house recreational facilities for children and young people: a hall serving as an auditorium and movie theater, and a mezzanine for private events. It will also feature 25 underground parking spaces.

It is located on the north side of the Beach Club, where Phase I (earthwork, foundations, and structural work) is currently being carried out by SANJOSE. In addition, the project is situated between the following resort complexes: Dom Pedro Residences Vilamoura, built and completed by SANJOSE in 2024, and The Uncommon Beach Residences Vilamoura, which is also being built by SANJOSE. Together, these two residential complexes will comprise 175 housing units and approximately 45,000 square meters (484375.97 sqf) of gross floor area.
