Construtora Udra will build 2 buildings in the Parque da Cidade Residential Complex in Setúbal (Portugal)

Nuvens Utópicas has awarded Construtora Udra the construction works for two buildings (plots 62 and 63) of Parque da Cidade de Setúbal, which will total nearly 20,000 square meters of built surface and 114 housing units. Each building comprises 57 one- to four-bedroom homes across its six above-ground floors and two underground floors designated for parking and technical areas.

The project places special emphasis on environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. Its architectural design establishes a strong relationship between the buildings and the City Park, with the aim of extending the presence of the landscape and vegetation into the building complex itself. This intention is reflected from the elevations to the base, through the integration of trees and shrubs and the creation of rows of planters that run along the façades, structured around a kind of green backbone.
