SANJOSE Portugal Will Build Phase I of the La Reserve Residential Development in Sintra, Lisbon

KIG Nature I (Kronos Homes) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora Portugal the contract for Phase 1 (earthwork, perimeter retaining walls, foundations, and reinforced concrete structures) of the construction work for the exclusive La Reserve residential development in Sintra, Lisbon.

This project, with a total built area of nearly 30,000 square meters(322917.31 sqf), will feature 101 homes, 202 underground parking spaces, and outdoor swimming pools, and offers residents the opportunity to enjoy spectacular views of the lake and the Belas Clube de Campo golf course.
