SANJOSE will Build the Habitat Sala Badrinas Residential Complex in Terrassa, Barcelona

Promociones Habitat has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for a new development totaling more than 15,000 square meters of built surface, located in the historic district of Terrassa. The project will include 103 housing units with 1 to 4 bedrooms, parking spaces, storage units, common areas with a swimming pool and a children’s play area, seven retail units, and one office.

The Habitat Sala Badrinas residential complex is arranged in a multi-family building housing 93 apartments, along with 10 exclusive two-story townhomes featuring spacious terraces and a distinctive industrial style that preserves the original interior trusses and large windows that flood the interiors with natural light.

Notably, the project is located within a rehabilitated industrial building that is classified as protected heritage.
