SANJOSE will Build the Idilia Aire Residential Complex in Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga

AEDAS Homes has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for Idilia Aire, a new residential development in the coastal town of Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga. The project offers sea views and is located 500 meters from the beach. It will consist of three separate buildings with a shared basement, comprising a total of 55 one- to three-bedroom homes with spacious terraces. The development will also feature communal parking, a bicycle room, storage units, landscaped common areas, a swimming pool, a gym, a children’s play area, and other amenities.
