SANJOSE will undertake urban development works for the Special Interior Reform Plan of Sector SUNC-R-LO.10 Portillo, Málaga

Q21 Real Estate has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the urban development project for the Special Interior Reform Plan of Sector SUNC-R-LO.10 Portillo, Málaga. This plot, covering a surface area of 16,705 square metres and formerly occupied by the old Portillo Bus Depot, is located in the western part of the city, in a fully consolidated area, adjacent to one of Málaga’s most important urban roads—Avenida de Velázquez—and near the Puerta Blanca metro station.

The urban development works included in and defined by the project encompass: road network construction, wastewater and stormwater drainage systems, potable water distribution network, electrical infrastructure, public lighting network, telecommunications network, gas supply, landscaping and urban furniture, irrigation system, and traffic signage.
