SANJOSE will Build Truliving Sanchinarro in Madrid

Truliving Sanchinarro has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract to build a new temporary hotel-style accommodation complex in Madrid.

The project will comprise approximately 20,000 square meters (215,278 sqf) of built surface and 195 accommodation units, in addition to an underground parking garage and extensive shared amenities. These will include landscaped gardens with a sun deck and swimming pool, a fitness center with spa facilities, a café, lounge areas, and coworking spaces.

Truliving Sanchinarro will be delivered using BIM methodology and will be BREEAM certified. In addition, the project has been designed to comply with the taxonomy alignment criteria established by the European Union Taxonomy Regulation for the development of new buildings, reinforcing its commitment to the highest standards of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, and human well-being.

The development stands out for offering a flexible, temporary accommodation model that combines contemporary design, functionality, and a wide range of services integrated within the building.
