SANJOSE will carry out the maintenance of various public spaces in the Villaverde District of Madrid

The Madrid City Council has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the contract for the maintenance of public spaces in the Villaverde District, Madrid 2026–2027 (2 lots).

The scope of the contract consists of a framework agreement for renovation, repair, and maintenance works in educational centers, basic sports facilities, and public spaces, as well as in the open areas within these sites, green zones, and public roads under the responsibility of the Villaverde District of the Madrid City Council or where such responsibilities have been delegated.
