The King of the Rib (Nusret Gokce) has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for this unique new-build project, covering nearly 12,000 square meters of built area. The development features 51 luxury residences (all with terraces) and four high-end restaurants, strategically located in front of the Marina Ibiza yacht harbor, on 8 de Agosto avenue in the Talamanca neighborhood.

This remarkable project also includes an underground private parking facility with 116 spaces, landscaped communal areas, a swimming pool, and others. Architecturally, the building showcases a fluid, organic design with an asymmetrical structure and undulating perimeter terraces, reminiscent of ocean waves, giving the complex a sense of movement and elegance.
