SANJOSE will rehabilitate, reform and modernize the Palacio de Deportes de Oviedo

The Oviedo City Council has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the rehabilitation, reform and modernization works of the Palacio de los Deportes de Oviedo, increasing its number of spectators to 5,300 (expandable in the case of concerts or shows) by lowering the level of the current track to make new bleachers on all four sides.

The project, which is not limited to the expansion of capacity and contemplates a constructed area of more than 12,000 square meters, also takes into account a complete renovation through the comprehensive remodeling of all auxiliary spaces to readapt them for current requirements in terms of energy efficiency and acoustics, especially with the total renovation of the roof and the facades.
