SANJOSE will fully build the 4-star Kora Lumen Hotel Complex in MADBIT, Madrid

Kategora Madbit Development has awarded SANJOSE Constructora the execution works for Phase II of a new 4-star hotel complex in Madrid, conceived as a hybrid solution offering flexible, sustainable accommodation with spaces adapted to different user profiles.

Kora Lumen 4-star, with a total built surface of more than 25,000 square meters (269,098 sqf), will be a five-story above-ground complex featuring 325 accommodation units ranging from 30 to 60 square meters, along with an extensive range of shared amenities spread over more than 3,000 square meters, including a gym, swimming pool, solarium, coworking areas, gastronomic txokos, gardens, restaurant, café, etc.

SANJOSE previously completed Phase I (underground works) of this project.
